The Sunday conditioning studio has moved outside now. The awesome thing about this is that we can have a lot more variety in our training and can include more strongman-style work.

I am currently putting together plans for more month-long outdoor training camps this Summer and Autumn, most likely in July and September (with possibly more opportunities). This follows up on our successful morning camp which ran through April. I have been using the Tea Cup shoulder mobility exercise as explained by Steve Cotter in this video. Really helpful and I am seeing improvement in myself and in some of my clients. Not to mention it has a great historical pedigree! |
