Terminal City Barbell Club
East Vancouver small group strength and fitness training since 2008 

Our small group strength training sessions are individualized for each group member.

Groups typically  have three or four members in order to ensure higher quality training and personalization. Join a training group and have a spot reserved for you every week.


Train your physical capacities for your sport, learn the major barbell lifts, build a foundation in strength sports, or prepare yourself for life's challenges.

If you are a mountain athlete or an endurance athlete develop your overall strength, cultivate physical durability and do gym-based stamina training.


All experience levels are welcome The only prerequisites are a good attitude and a willingness to play well with others.
