We are a barbell-oriented club. Learn the classical lifts and the powerlifts, carry sandbags, swing kettlebells, push the sled to build your strength and improve your conditioning.
Who is Welcome?
You don't have to be strong to train with us. You just need the desire to be stronger than you are. Women, men, adults, teenagers all train at our gym. Novices and experienced lifters alike.
No attitudes please. Everyone in our training groups needs to be committed to every other lifter's success. |
