Terminal City Barbell Club
To train at our gym you don't need to be strong, but you need to want to be stronger. Stronger than you are right now.
January 20th 2012 marked the one-year anniversary of the Terminal City Barbell Club. In that time it has become home to a range of people who are simply striving to improve themselves through a commitment to strength and athleticism.
The emphasis of the training at the gym is group training. Semi-private and private training are also available.
Training is available for folks who want to become stronger, better conditioned and more athletic for daily life and also for those who compete in sports. Some of our people compete in raw powerlifting meets. In August 2011 we began club-training for those interested in Olympic-style weightlifting.
The facility is a garage gym. The conditions and attitude are Spartan. This gym is all about atmosphere and results.
