Private One-on-One and Pairs Training
Private training for athletes and individuals who simply want to get stronger, fitter and more athletic.

We use proven and old school approaches to strength-training and conditioning where barbell training is emphasized and where other tools such as bodyweight training, sleds, kettlebells, and sandbags are used as supplementary work.
Develop an athlete's mindset; whether you are an athlete or not take your training seriously, make it a fundamental part of your life, and embrace hard effort.
Training sessions and programs are individualized to suit the specific needs of each client , the fundamental ingredients being consistency and effort.
For athletes:
Athletes in almost all sports will benefit from increased strength, and this is generally the foundation for our training. Strength allied with power and conditioning will set highly skilled athletes apart from their equally skilled but less physically prepared competitors.
For success one must train intelligently and be willing to search for that great effort in the face of adversity. To train through adversity prepares one to perform through adversity. Simply put, we perform as we train. Therefore we train bodies and minds.
Training is individualized to suit the individual's capabilities and characteristics.
Terminal City Training offers private strength & conditioning training and also group training.
Training takes place at the Terminal City Barbell Club in East Vancouver, near the Commercial Drive neighbourhood.
Rates for private training (tax not included):
1 session $58.04
10 sessions $500 ($50 per session)
20 sessions $901.79 ($45 per session)
pairs: $80.36 1 session
10 sessions: $750
