Personal Training Services
Our approach to training sets us apart. We emphasize an athletic style of training, using fundamental movement patterns instead of working isolated muscles.
I subscribe to an old school approach to strength-training and conditioning which emphasizes barbell training and yet includes bodyweight strength work, and conditioning with bodyweight, kettlebells, sandbags and other methods. I encourage the development of an athlete's mindset; whether you are an athlete or not I want you to take your training seriously, make it a fundamental part of your life, and embrace hard effort.
Training sessions and programs are individualized to suit the specific needs of each client , the fundamental ingredients being consistency and effort.
I am located in East Vancouver in the Commercial Drive area and conduct training sessions at the Terminal City Barbell Club.
