Personal Training Services
Our approach to training sets us apart. We emphasize an athletic style of training, training fundamental movement patterns instead of isolated muscles.
I subscribe to an old school approach to strength-training and conditioning which includes bodyweight strength work, plenty of compound lifts and conditioning with bodyweight, kettlebells, sandbags and other methods. I encourage the development of an athlete's mindset; whether you are an athlete or not I want you to take your training seriously, make it a fundamental part of your life, and embrace hard effort.
Training sessions and programs are individualized to suit the specific needs of each client , the fundamental ingredients being consistency and effort.
I am located in East Vancouver in the Commercial Drive area and conduct training sessions both outdoors and indoors at Spartacus Athletic. It is also possible to make arrangements to train in other locations throughout the city.
I am a certified Personal Trainer Specialist with Can-Fit-Pro.

Rates*:
1 session $50
10 sessions $450 ($45 per session)
20 sessions $800 ($40 per session)
pairs: $70/ $35 each for 1 session
10 sessions: $650/ $325 ea
20 sessions: $1200/ $600 ea
*Rates do not include additional expenses such as gym trainer's fee, etc. If training at Spartacus there is no trainer's fee.
