Customized Outdoor Small-group Training

Do you have a small group of about 4 people who would like to train 1 to 3x weekly in an outdoor setting* in East Vancouver?

Whether you want to improve general fitness and strength with a group of friends, prepare for a specific event in your competitive calendar, develop general athleticism or engage in grueling old-school training for the hell of it then drop me a line.

For one month  we will meet in an outdoor venue in East Vancouver and I will put you through the ringer with a customized program based on the strength & conditioning needs of your unique group.

This is not a bootcamp. You will not be put through the same generic workout simultaneously with 15 or 30 other people.  Training will be based around the needs and abilities of your unique small (and therefore manageable) group.

Group training is an economical way to train. There is a recession going on and I want to make strength training and conditioning accessible to regular people who don't have a lot of extra money floating around.
